I. Product Introduction

  T-Power 300 is a series of water treatment composite catalysts developed by Shanghai Tentful Technology Co., Ltd. Based on mesoporous silica nano-hollow sphere and metamaterial photocatalysis technologies, combined with modern microbial technology. This product series achieves efficient catalytic degradation of various pollutants such as organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, and oils/fats in different water bodies by constructing a synergistic "Material-Microorganism-Environment" purification micro-ecosystem. It is suitable for industrial, municipal, and natural water body remediation.

 

II. Product Parameter Overview

   Form: Light yellow solid powder

   Applicable Water Temperature: 10–50°C (optimal 28–35°C for most models)

   Applicable pH Range: 6.0–9.0

   Dissolved Oxygen Requirement: 0–7 mg/L (varies by model)

   Salinity Tolerance: ≤ 50,000 mg/L (some models ≤ 3,000–40,000 mg/L)

   Onset Time: Effects begin within 24 hours; stable indicators achieved within 3–7 days

 

III. Working Principle

  1. Photocatalytic Pretreatment: The metamaterial photocatalyst efficiently utilizes light energy to rapidly break down recalcitrant organic compounds.

  2. Synergistic Biocatalysis: Mesoporous silica nano-hollow spheres act as carriers, immobilizing biocatalytic components such as enzymatic proteins and microbial communities, enhancing microbial activity and colonization stability.

  3. Co-degradation of Multiple Pollutants: Synchronously degrades COD, BOD, ammonia nitrogen, total nitrogen, oils/fats, etc., through catalytic oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, and other reactions.

V. Usage Guidelines

  1. Dosing Method: Most models require mixing and activation with the matching activator in a specified ratio before dosing; some models can be dosed directly.

  2. Dosage: Generally calculated at 100–500 g/m³ of tank/pool volume, adjusted specifically based on water quality load.

  3. Important Notes:

       Avoid simultaneous use with disinfectants, strong oxidizers, and antibacterial agents.

       Wear protective equipment during handling; avoid contact with eyes or inhalation.

       Store in a cool, dry place, protected from moisture.
